What is SmallScaledAgile?
A complete Scrum scaling set of rules, that can be used out-of-the-box in projects, organizational units or companies from 3 to 8 teams to coordinate cross-team work. It comes without adding people or roles, and is therefore a combination of cost-efficiency and effectivity.
Why is SmallScaledAgile the perfect match for me and my organization?
Because the world is not perfect, because we always have to live with some sort of constraints, because we do not get the budget we need, and because we have to get the things done with the ressources we have.
SmallScaledAgile is the way to go if you have to work with limited ressources.
How does SmallScaledAgile work?
All roles that exist in the project are responsible for coordinating the work of the teams and developing a product from the joint work. For example, the Product Owner community is responsible for the higher-level feature board from which the backlogs of the individual teams are fed.
