Teams and role owners (or positions) not only have to learn new things, but also internalize them and establish new habits. We are changing the way of work on various levels of the company.

We can’t do that with a two-hour training course and a short handout. Everyone involved is faced with the challenge of having to replace old habits with new ones – every team member, every manager, right through to the board of directors.

The methods are variabel: this can be the longer supervision of one (or more) teams as a Scrum Master, a series of workshops and seminars, manager coaching or individual training of individual roles – always close to the daily task and real life, as practical as possible .
