The introduction of agile methods rarely only affects a single team. Several teams work together on a project or product, an entire department is being converted, there are interfaces in all possible directions.

Not only directly affected team members have to adapt and learn new things. Almost always the entire company is part of the system in one way or another. That makes transformation towards (more) agility extremely complex and challenging. It is very difficult on your own without help from someone, who has done exactly that a couple of times.

In literature the world is always perfect and very simple: Everyone is terribly motivated, nobody offers resistance, all connections are clear and quite easy to understand. Unfortunately, real life is rarely that simple. Things are complicated, people don’t want to accept changes, we have all kinds of strange constraints, that no book or seminar has ever spoken of.

With support, the whole thing becomes a lot easier. We start at the beginning: what is your motivation? What do you want to achieve with the introduction of changed methods? Does that fit? What are the special features and constraints of your organization? How can we work together to change everything step by step? And how exactly do we determine, if we are successful?

Every company needs an individual solution, because the people involved and the structures, in which they operate, are different. Unfortunately, there is no standard recipe. If you are not completely discouraged now, let us talk.
